Menorrhagia: Hi. NO, not entirely. Those heavy periods in a 43yo women are indicative of anovulatory cycles,ie; not ovulating. They are serious from the pov of blood loss so take extra iron. They can be settled hormonally and of course an endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial changes must be done so pse see OBGYN in RT thanks
