My 6yr old was sick with vomiting and diarrhea. 2 days later i woke up the same. it just happened with i woke up and i cant stomach taking anything.

Gastroenteritis: This is probably rotavirus or norovirus infection and should resolve within 3-5 days. If you cannot keep liquids down you may become dehydrated and need to go to an ER for evaluation and treatment. Best wishes.
