Prolonged periods: If you stopped your Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) over a year ago and your periods were getting back to normal, it is not likely that this period lasting 2 weeks is related to the Depo. It could be due to an infection, a polyp,or abnormal cervical cells as well as other medications or illnesses. You need to see your PCP or GYN now for a full history, exam and appropriate testing before you become anemic. Best wish
