Pregnancy, and vaginal infection ruled out of abdomen and back pain. ultrasound for cysts tomorrow. what if isn't cysts, what other diagnosis?

Many possibilities: There are many things that can cause abdominal and back pain including problems with your back, muscle problems, GI problems, endometriosis, and urinary tract problems. Vaginal & back pain: Other possible diagnosis would be endometriosis. This can be missed on ultrasound and goal diagnosis would be an explorative laporatotomy. Usually pain is cyclic along with periods.
