I have a tiny red dot on my finger that's been here for months. it doesn't hurt but whenever i press down on it, it turns white then back to red.

Hemangioma: what you described sounds like a small hemangioma, they are blood filled small cavities, does blanches on pressure, as long as it not getting bigger or painful, general health is fine, not spreading it is benign nothing need to worry. If associated with any of the above mentioned characteristics have it checked out
