Very itchy, sore rash on nipples. when i stop using the ointment my dr. prescribed, the skin on my nipples gets dry and the rash comes back.

Sore rash: Whan you stop the prescribed medication you must continue to use a moisturizing cream. any dryness can bring on a rash. Try to use a pure moisturizing cream; ask the pharmacist to recommend for breast/nipple use.

What are you using?: Is the triamcinolone for your nipples? Do you have eczema? I assume you are not nursing. Do you have asthma? Do you use something for dry skin? Do the nipples itch? You should continue triamcinolone until you see a dermatologist, bringing along all ointments, creams meds, vitamins, etc.
