Not necessarily: Spotting is not a "given" side effect of Plan B, so I would not jump to the conclusion at all that this means you are pregnant. If, however, you get to the around the time you should be having your period, or by the next time you should be having your period if it is already close to your next one, you do not get it, wait a week and take a pregnancy test to make sure you aren't.

Potential side effects w emergency contraception include: menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period), nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, breast tenderness & abdominal pain or cramps. Take pregnancy test & notify dr if your period is 7 or > days late.
