I like the dreams: Well your dreams sound positive! While there are a host of physical, hormonal, and not uncommonly, medical issues with a partner that can contribute yo infertility, it seems women are more likely to get pregnant when they feel safe. So have a simple check up..get some reassurance..not infrequently it takes time, more than a year or so, even for quite fertile couples to conceive.
