Call 911! Take aspir: Without any other information, I can only recommend/urge that you dial 911 or local emergency services to take you to nearest ER for immediate evaluation. While we ask about chest pain for heart attacks, often it presents as chest pressure with or without going to other parts of body like arm & jaw. While waiting, chew regular aspirin. Next time, do not wait online for answer. Call 911 immediately
