AC jt sprain?: if you fell or landed on the 'point' of your shoulder you may have injured your acromioclavucular( AC) or ' shoulder separation' joint. Most> (90 % )are treated nonoperatively.. The shoulder on the affected side may 'ride higher' than the uninsured side but pain and functional deficits are usually minimal. If not, see an experienced orthopedic surgeon.Best of Luck!
