I take lipitor (atorvastatin) and papers say don't take any niacin with it. my vitamin contains niacin. is it ok to take my vitamin while taking 60 mgs of lipitor (atorvastatin)?

Vitamin: If you are taking a multivite with commensurate low dose of niacin, it shouldn't be a problem. The doses of niacin we use to lower high lipids are much higher and these area what the warning is about.
