No.: That is adequate spacing between the meds which are for all intents and purposes interchangeable.

Not likely: Those medications are both at a low dose and in the same family. You'll most likely feel a little more sleepy or hazy, but there shouldn't be any serious side effects if you've never had problems with those medications in the past. I hope you feel better soon!
