Bumps on forearms: There are multiple things this could be, and it's impossible to say without actually seeing them. BUT, it sounds a lot like a condition called keratosis pilaris. It comes and goes, not itchy or painful, present on the arms, etc. Again, it would be helpful to see it. You might want to look it up on Google and see some photos for comparison. I'd be happy to do a video consult if you'd like tonight.
