Hard to know: Do you otherwise feel ok? Do you feel like its an emergency? Trust your instinct. Sometimes an ER visit can be avoided by calling your primary physician (even the call service) or waiting until the next day to call if you feel you are safe. You can also use the virtual consult services here. In isolation, tingling back pain is not a strict indicator to go to the ER. Hope this helps.
