No rash?: Isolated itching is due to irritated nerve fibers in the skin. Normal labs (liver, kidney, blood count) essentially rules out underlying diseases. Irritation can be from contact (irritating soaps, detergents, other occupational or home exposures), sunlight, hot water, fung etc. Even if not visibly dry, daily washing removes protective lipids. Address these & use Aquaphor/CeraVe/Cetaphil liberally.
