I want to know if this is a serious medical issue. i can't help to worry. the numbing at the left upper quadrant of my abdomen isn't painful. its as if a blood is gushing through.

Probably ok : There is no specific diagnosis for this, but I would see your primary doctor for an exam. Ask your doctor to check and see if your spleen is enlarged. That's in the left upper abdomen, and is unlikely to be the cause, but worth a visit and an exam. Hope this helps!
