Many causes: Could be many causes related to the muscles, a hernia, or gyn issues like endometriosis. Could even be a spinal problem. This is just a partial list of potential causes, and this would be best sorted out with a more complete evaluation. I would start with your primary care, and ask whether or not any tests or referrals are needed. Hope this helps!

Low back pain: it sound like you may have lumbar nerve root irritation/ compression or possibly a herniated disk or something pressing on your spine Make an appointment with your PCP or go to urgent care for X-rays & exam . you may first receive a steroid pack , pain meds , muscle relaxants . If improved , you should be ok . If not , you might get an MRI . Need to find cause at your age .

Not enough info: In addition to info such as what you were doing before it started, how long it's been going and what makes it better or worse. We would need to do a physical exam to determine if there's tenderness (if so, where), pain with movement of the right hip etc. While most of the info. can be obtained from a virtual consult, it can't be done in a Q/A format. Sorry.
