While clear or white: watery discharge can be considered normal, when it is yellow I recommend it be investigated and infection excluded. The color yellow suggests purulence or pus cells from the cervix or vagina. Even if there is no odor or itching, infection could still be present. Watery yellow discharge might be associated with pregnancy, so check for that if possible. Good wishes:)
