Oral ulcers: Mucosal ulcerations in the mouth could be from vitamin deficiency, autoimmune problems or recurrent irritation form dental fixtures. Take b complex vitamin and eat healthy, if happens repeatedly have yourself examined to make sure it is not an expression of systemic diseases.
