In treatment?: If in treatment with low or undetectable viral titers, then its unlikely that you would be contagious to one another. Hope that helps.

No: This does not pass back and forth like you might a strep throat.At some point you will both clear the primary infection of the strain you have & become immune to reinfection by that strain. However, it could re-activate and shed off & on over your lifetime. The difference is that you would not re-infect each otheer.
