Unknown: Some bacteria tend to colonize the vagina specifically when there's a bit more blood/mucous there than usual. You may be on the verge of starting your period and so it's hard to say what's going on w/ your sx. Could you be pregnant? Absolutely. Get a test if you miss your period. Nothing is concerning here unless the discharge is foul smelling and causes pain.
