A member asked:

Neck pain and aching legs in kids a sign of cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Other symptoms?: Pain can be a presenting symptom of cancer, but there are many, more common causes. Details about the pain (constant?, location?, migratory?, how long going on for?) can be helpful. Symptoms with pain that are more concerning for cancer include: new bruising, extreme fatigue, unexplained fevers, appearing very pale, new mass, persistent lymph nodes, headaches+vomiting. See doc if having these.
