Avoid allergens!: Easy answer to give, tho not necessarily easy solution, is to avoid allergens. Figure out what you're allergic to and then avoid them. Lowest risk for medication side effect, too. After that, treatment depends upon symptoms. There are medications specifically for eyes only or nose only. But if you need whole body drug, try antihistamines & leukotriene inhibitor. Loratadine is available OTC.
