No worries: the limbs are minimally affected by radiation. The X-ray dose of radiation is much less than in CT scan. I would not worry about it.

Yes and no: 10 x-rays for AVN seems like a lot. The radiation dose for a single x-ray is small. Make sure you need the x-ray and consider the value that the x-ray gives compared to the risk. Since risk is cumulative (but has a threshold minimum), it is good to make sure you only get what you need now since you may have a greater need in the future. https://www.radiologyinfo.org/en/submenu.cfm?pg=safety
