I have avn in my navicular and i've had about 10 x rays in last 4 months. i am worried about all this radiation?

No worries: the limbs are minimally affected by radiation. The X-ray dose of radiation is much less than in CT scan. I would not worry about it.

Yes and no: 10 x-rays for AVN seems like a lot. The radiation dose for a single x-ray is small. Make sure you need the x-ray and consider the value that the x-ray gives compared to the risk.
