It's been 8 weeks since my injury, been immobilized for sprain but mri just showed a subchondral fx on navicular possible avn. can surgery fix this?

You might want to : Consider a bone stimulator first. Surgery is an option which often includes fusing the bone or replacing it with iliac graft and attaching it to an adjacent bone. There is a huge difference between a subchondral fracture and avn and I think it is crucial to get the diagnosis correct.
