Go see ur Family Doc: Or at least go to Planned Parenthood (yes, they see guys, too) or city/county health department/clinic. While I have no idea what "it" looks like, I can reassure you that HIV doesn't usually present as anything on penis. And it takes a while for HIV to progress to AIDS.
