Unlikely: Unfortunately the odds are against a good outcome in pregnancies that are outside the uterine cavity. The fallopian tube can only expand so far before rupture so that eliminates the possibility of tubal pregnancies making it to viability. Rarely abdominal pregnancies can result in a liveborn baby but the risks to mother and baby are very great. Sorry to hear about your situation.

Usually no: There are a few cases documented of viable abdominaol pregnancies being born alive. These were cases where it was believed the uterus silently ruptured near term and baby and mom survived. Survival and succesful delivery of a c-section ectopic has not occured to my knowledge.
