Do the math: 250x4=1000,but it is 1000mg not 1000g. Yes. That is the dose for the chlamydia alone.

1 g: The treatment consists of 1g of Zithromax, 4 x 250 mg pills or 2x 500 mg pills taken in a single dose. The risk of reinfection is high. Alternate regimens up to 1 week exist. Please check cdc. gov for details.
