Probably not: Drug manufacturers are required to put an expiration date on their products that gives a window of time when the drug formulation will be adequately potent. There is not likely to be anything dangerous in the expired medication, but it likely will not be as potent as unexpired medication and may not be effective. That being said it is a good idea to follow the dates and dispose of old medications.
