It depends: it depends mostly on how severe the episode was, whether the conditions that brought on the episode are still present, and whether any treatment that you're giving it is effective or not. You should abstain from caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco. It would be wise to avoid any Foods that you notice bring on your symptoms. Follow whatever medication regimen your doctor has put you on.
