You MUST see doctor: Obviously, peeling, sores and breast pain are not normal and it needs to be treated, preferably sooner rather than later. You could have a fungal infection, but you also could have a bacterial skin infection. Finally, occasionally breast cancer can present as skin changes on the breast. So, please see either your primary care provider, a gynecologist or a dermatologist ASAP.

Bacterial?: Fungal infection is more likely associated with some itching than soreness unless the skin is macerated or infected also by bacteria from having been present for too long. If you see pus, then a bacterial infection is highly likely and need to contact your doctor or consult another doctor.. If the area involved is under the breasts, try some antiperspirant powder under regularly.
