Fiind a clinic: I would help find a neighborhood clinic or contact your local hospital to determine what resources are available to you. The good news is that tenderness if the breast is not a typical indication of a serious problem. The bad news is you should not ignore it.

Agree with Dr. P: If your pain gets worse, you get fever or lose weight, it would be important to get examined. God forbid, it gets bad you should go to the emergency room of a nearby hospital. A hospital is required to address emergencies.

Not normal: Sometimes the breast swells from hormones before a period, so if there is no redness ( suggests infection) or lumps (possible cyst or other tumor) then avoiding caffeine and using cold compresses may help. Redness and lumps need further evaluation.
