No seizure, no prob: In general the problem as you describe is not worrisome for a serious overdose in an otherwise healthy person. Those with epilepsy, renal failure or related diseases can have problems with brain function with average dose Cefixime. Talking less is somewhat of a concern by that you mean slurred speech or confusion. Persistent symptoms like those should prompt a call to 911 or a trip to the ER
