Fever: Control the fever with tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen, lukewarm bath, keep him hydrated but if fever persisted or other symptoms develop you need to take him to his pediatrician. Good luck

Monitor the issue: Fever is a normal body response to invasion by viruses or bacteria. Some kids, especially those with some prior illlnesses may have enough immunity built up that the effect of invasion is limited & the illness is brief and or causes few problems. If the kid is not bothered, let the fever run its course.It can actually shorten the illness. If the kid gets grumpy, treat the fever & monitor it all
