Mgt: Trouble with exhalation may be indicative of asthma. I would recommend noting down your symptoms, and any high pitched noise

I had sinusitis that developed into an infection, which I took antibiotics for, which got rid of the infection. My chest used to get tight, severe congestion and chest tightness, with difficulty breathing. I'm much better, just have nasal drainage?
