Many variables: First, there are many autoimmune disorders recognized, and many more about which we are not sure. Second, more than1 autoimmune disorder may coexist in the same person. For example, i see a patient who has sjogren's syndrome, hashimoto's disease and dyscollagenosis. So your question might include: lupus, scleroderma, or [polymyositis. Hunger and insomnia are not critical distinguishing features

Many: Lack of hunger and insomnia can be caused by lots of conditions. One autoimmune disorder that is rare, called morvan syndrome, is specifically associated with insomnia.
