I have a large blood bubble sort of thing on the back of my head, i fell off a golf cart and it hurts but i don't know how to make it go down?

Hematoma: More likely you have a "hematoma". This is a ruptured vessel under the scalp...Time will take of it, or you can go to Plastic Surgeon that can put a needle into the hematoma and remove it(aspirate it).
