Sensitive cuspid: Sensitive to what? Hot, cold, pressure, chewing? More information is needed to make a diagnosis. See your dentist for a clinical and visual examination, and any necessary x-Rays.

Hole: No, not normal. Please see your Dentist. You may have an anatomic defect in the enamel, a cavity, or a fracture. If so, treatment would be required to resolve the sensitivity. Please call your Dentist.

Not normal: The tip of a cuspid is an odd place to get a cavity. It is possible that you are grinding your teeth in your sleep and what you are seeing is the resulting wear mark. Regardless of cause, the solution is to have the problem evaluated by your dentist so that the underlying problem can be fixed.
