Yes and no: The lower central incisors are first, then the maxillary central incisors. You need an exam by a dentist or pediatric dentist. There are rare conditions of missing teeth and abnormal eruption . Sometimes the pattern of eruption can change, but x-rays are hard to take on a young child. Check with other family members about abnormal teeth and see a professional soon.

No it's not: 1st Dental examination should coincide w 1st b'day. The 8 baby incisors should have erupted before the baby canines. Please see a dento-facial growth & development expert, a Pediatric Dental Specialist, as opposed to a General Dentist, for evaluation.
