Not sure of what: your allergies are..? pollen ? dust?pets? sometimes the nose hurts if you are rubbing it a lot(from itching/stuffiness)..and it can get dry from heat, nasal sprays...which can lead to bleeding...try using a saline mist spray a few times a day and if it continues see an allergist
