May be unrelated: Loss of an early pregnancy and diarrhea and migraines may be unrelated. You may try to take over the counter anti-diarrhea medication like pepto-bismol or immodium. Similarly over the counter medication for migraine may help. If the symptoms persist more than two days, it would be prudent to see your doctor.
