Im on flagyl and have green runny stools, is this normal?

Cdiff: Green runny stools could be Clostridium difficile. A toxin (or several toxins A/B) are produced and severe diarrhea, explosive, green, abdominal pain and high fevers ensue. The flagyl should be 4 times a day. It has a potential relapse rate of ~30% because of the spores. Please finish the entire course of antibiotics.
