Unlikely: it is unlikely to have a sudden change in your toleration of a medication and so I don't think the ulipristal is causing this. However, if you are taking this medication for bleeding related to fibroids, it is possible that you might be experiencing side effects from fibroid degredation which can be treated with ibuprofen. if your condition gets worse, see a doctor as soon as possible.
