Internal bleeding: Blood looks like coffee grounds after passing through the digestive tract. Little else appears this way and your other symptoms are typical. Follow your instinct because trip to the ED may be warranted, but at least call and notify your physician tomorrow. This needs to be addressed and may be life threatening. Get better!
