A couple things: A couple of things can cause pain there from ovarian cysts to kidney stones to appendicitis. Get to a doctor asap.

Which side? Charact?: Lots of different types of pain can be felt in the right lower abdomen. To tell u what is causing it, doctors will need a better description. When does it start? How long does it last? Associated with food? Menstruation? Bathroom? It could b b9, but Appendicitis is usually on the right side.
