About wrist pain: A diagnosis in this forum is not possible (interview needed), but general info: A frequent cause of persistent wrist pain in a younger person is carpal tunnel syndrome, oft described as a sharp/tingling/electric pain; can go up the arm and/or into palm, worse bending of the wrist, worse in AM, due to repetitive movements over time (typing, assembly line).Wrist braces, NSAIDS help, surgery if not.

Brace and rest: Wear a brace, take NSAID's if you can tolerate, apply ice, rest. If your pain does not improve or if you have a lot of pain, see a specialist. If you have an injury, see a specialist to make sure that you do not have a fracture or a torn ligament.
