Male hair loss: It is usually genetic . Minoxidil 5% twice a day is the treatment of choice . Takes 4-5 months to be effective . Once started , must be continued , if stopped , hair loss will start again . Biotin may help . Shampoos for hair loss & regrowth , once started , must be continued . Fenasteride 5 Mg 1/4 tab daily works by blocking DHE .( Dihydrotestosterone ) May cause Temp reduction in Libido .
