Probably normal: The body goes through many temperature cycles. There are long term (annual and monthly) variations and short term (daily) variations. Some women have hot flashes only at night. Ways to help are to lower the temperature of the room, lighter pajamas, ceiling fan, lighter blankets, etc. It is probably nothing to worry about.
