Chest Wall Pain: From what you describe the pain is coming from your chest wall called costchondritis which is an inflammation You should have it checked by your GP.Meanwhie if you are not allegic to Naprosyn (naproxen) or Ibuprofen and don't have stomach ulcer,take these over the couter for inflammation and pain
