Since more that 15 years i have leukopenia today it was 1500 with neutropenia and high lymphocyte and monocytes?

Can be due to virus: It all depends on the reason for your leukopenia and neutropenia. If you have chronic neutropenia due to autoimmune etiology, its not unusual that all the cells in the bone marrow increase because they are trying to increase the number of neutrophils. Also viral infections increase number of lymphocytes. If you are healthy right now and have no symptoms, there is no need for worry.

Ive had borderline neutropenia (1.8-1.9) and leukopenia (3.0-3.4) for a few years. Monocytes now elevated and have been elevated for 1 year (14-16%). Flow cytometry showed granulocytes slightly left shifted immunophenotype. What are possible causes?
