Can be due to virus: It all depends on the reason for your leukopenia and neutropenia. If you have chronic neutropenia due to autoimmune etiology, its not unusual that all the cells in the bone marrow increase because they are trying to increase the number of neutrophils. Also viral infections increase number of lymphocytes. If you are healthy right now and have no symptoms, there is no need for worry.
